How can I create my order?
You can order products as a registered user or as a guest.
Registered users – after registration, simply add the desired products to the cart and complete the order. Shopping as a guest – without registration, just add items to the basket and fill in the delivery information. After the order has been successfully created, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
How can I cancel my order?
The order can be canceled within 30 minutes from the moment of creation. Cancellation must be sent via e-mail to: info@silverdreams.rs .
What are the possible reasons for order cancellation?
- The product is out of stock.
- the payment was not recorded within three days (payment by money order)
- the card transaction was not successfully completed
When I ordered the product it said it was available, but now it's not?
It may happen that the product is sold out in the meantime.
Orders are processed in order of receipt while items are available in stock.
Silver Dreams reserves the right to cancel the order, of which you will be notified in a timely manner via e-mail.
I ordered a product by mistake, can I cancel the order?
Yes, you can cancel the order within 30 minutes of creation by sending an e-mail to info@silverdreams.rs .
Shipment
What is the delivery cost?
The price of standard delivery via Post Express is around RSD 590.
For orders over RSD 6,000, delivery is free.
What is the deadline for delivery and which courier service does the delivery?
On the territory of the Republic of Serbia, delivery is made by Post Express. Delivery time is 1-3 working days. The price of delivery is about 590 RSD.
For Europe, delivery is made by DHL, the price of delivery is around 30 EUR and payment is possible via PayPal. During holidays and periods of heavy shopping, deliveries may be delayed.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver on the territory of Serbia via Post Express and in Europe via DHL.
Can the delivery address be different from the one entered during registration?
Yes, the shipping address may differ from the address provided during registration.
Reclamation, replacement and return
I bought an item that does not fit me. How do I get it back?
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Send an e-mail to info@silverdreams.rs to register your request.
- Return the product in its correct and unused condition, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and a completed cancellation form.

Refunds are made using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the product, without additional costs, unless the customer requests otherwise.
The delivered item is damaged. What should I do?
Check the shipment immediately upon receipt.
If you notice damage, send an e-mail to info@silverdreams.rs within 24 hours of receipt. Photos of the packaging, damaged item and receipt must be sent.
The wrong item was delivered or the shipment is incomplete.

I ordered an item that does not fit me. Can I exchange for another one?
It is necessary to send an e-mail to info@silverdreams.rs with the following information:
- first and last name
- order/invoice number
- original product name
- name of the product to be replaced
If the product is sent to another address, it is necessary to provide information about the recipient, address and contact phone number.

The product must be unused, in the original packaging, with the receipt.
Upon receipt:
- a new order is being created
- if a replacement product is available, the delivery time is up to 6 working days
- if not available, a refund will be issued within 14 days
Refund:
- cash on delivery/payment slip: to the current account you provide
- cards: on the same card
Price difference:
- if the price is lower, the difference is returned
- if it is higher, the buyer pays the difference
Return and exchange shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Products purchased through the site cannot be exchanged in retail.
How do I make a claim on an item purchased on the website?
If you find any irregularities, you must contact us within 24 hours via e-mail info@silverdreams.rs or by phone. The right to complaint exists within one year from the date of the invoice.
Procedure:
- Fill out the complaint form.
- Contact the contact center to log the request.
- You will receive an answer and instructions within 8 days.

How is the package packed?
The order arrives in a Silver Dreams box.
The package includes a maintenance cloth and a zip bag.
Packaging is free, and special requests can be specified in the order notes.
How to properly maintain jewelry?
The jewelry is made of 925 silver.
Recommendations for storage and wearing:
- take off before bed and physical activity
- avoid contact with cosmetics and chemicals
- do not expose to salt water or chlorine
Cleaning:
- Wash the jewelry with mild soap in lukewarm water
- Wipe carefully with a cloth.
- Rinse as needed.
Cleaning is recommended once a year.
How can I be sure that I am ordering original Silver Dreams jewelry?
Silver Dreams has been operating since 2019 and cooperates with authorized suppliers.
All products are made of 925 silver and bear the S925 mark.
Does jewelry tarnish and how to store it?
Silver can oxidize naturally due to exposure to cosmetics, moisture, light and chemicals.
It is recommended to store in a box or zip bag, with the air squeezed out.
Discoloration is not a reason for complaint.
Payment
If the order is cancelled, when will the refund be made?
If the payment was made by card, the funds are reserved first.
If delivery is not possible, the amount is released and returned through the bank’s procedures in a few days.
What payment methods are possible?

- card payment (Maestro, MasterCard, DinaCard, Visa)
- payment by bank transfer; delivery after registration of payment
Why can the amount on the card differ from the price on the website?
Payment is made in dinars.
The conversion rate depends on the bank/card organization.
A minor difference in the final amount is possible.
